This privacy policy describes the collection, use, and disclosure practices for Outplacer's Service. It outlines your privacy rights and legal protections. 8. Children's Privacy

The Service does not address anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under 13. Parents or guardians aware of such collection should contact us.

8A. Marketplace Profiles, Reviews, and Waitlist

When a coach publishes a marketplace listing, the information they chose to include becomes publicly visible on the internet and may be cached by search engines and content networks; unpublishing removes it from the Service and caches expire shortly afterwards. Review invitations are sent to the email address on the client record; the invitation link is stored only as a one-way hash. Published reviews show the reviewer's first name and last initial. A client who asks us to delete their personal information will have their reviews removed and the coach's rating recalculated. When you click a booking link we record that a booking was started (coach, page, and a salted, truncated hash of your network address, never the address itself) to understand demand; we do not receive anything about the booking itself. The job-seeker waitlist stores the name, email, and note you submit, and is deleted on request at the address below.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
